The hot spring tub in the hotel room was amazing to have after a long day of sightseeing. the panoramic view of the city from the balcony was also pretty impressive. the location was ideal, close to several restaurants and public transportation.
The overall cleanliness of the hotel room was subpar and could have used a thorough deep cleaning. the air conditioning system in the room was noisy and hard to control, making it difficult to sleep at night.

The rooms are spacious and offer great amenities, such as a hot tub with breathtaking lake views. The breakfast buffet is also delightful, with a wide variety of traditional dishes to choose from.
Some guests have mentioned that the power switch in the room controls all the lights, making it impossible to sleep in a darker room.

The view from this hotel is stunning - we had a comforting and relaxing view from our in-room hot spring. The hotel is clean and tidy, with big and comfy beds. The staff are friendly and professional, even going above and beyond to help us during an unexpected cycling accident that happened outside of the hotel. The location is superb - on top of a hill overlooking a beautiful lake and a short walk down to the boats.
Everything was fantastic.

The Christmas decorations were lovely and added to the festive atmosphere. We also appreciated the complimentary hot cocoa and cookies in the lobby. The location was great, with easy access to shops and restaurants. Plus, we enjoyed the beautiful view of the lake from our room.
The staff was unhelpful and seemed annoyed when we asked for assistance. Additionally, our room was not clean upon arrival and we had to request housekeeping to come back and clean it properly.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel are unparalleled. From the exclusive room advantages to the private facilities, every need was met. the stunning location by the lake only adds to the indulgent ambiance. the warm, well-meaning staff provided excellent service, ensuring a memorable stay.
Although the hotel proved to be excellent in all aspects, there was one minor issue with the swimming pool availability. It was only open for a few hours, which was a slight inconvenience.
